Supplies Request Form
This form is used when you wish to request any item for you equipment and have a account set up with us for supplies. You may request any item desired for your equipment and it will shipped out that day providing we get the order by 3pm.

Service Request Form
This form is used when you wish to request service for you equipment and have a contract set up with us for service. All areas must be filled in as the form will be refused unless the form is complete. This allows us to better serve all our customer on a timely basis.

Meter Read Form
This form is used when you wish to submit your monthly meter count for your equipment. You may submit your reading within the last week of the month.

When submitting the above forms, you may also select whether you wish a confirmation email sent back to you as verification of the submission. When making these submissions, please only make the submission once as multiple submission can obviously induce delays in the request. Every effort has been made to make this process as smooth as possible and error checking is done constantly to better serve our customers. Incorrect information causes delays, and we try to assist whenever possible when helping the customer to avoid this problem.
Configure Your Forms
The web forms can be pre-filled in by setting your personal information in the preferences section. It will support up to ten machines for our customers who have multiple machines. You must also select the form you wish to have configured for you. This form will then be displayed on the main page whenever you visit our site filled in and ready for submission. ( Click the  icon )
When entering in your account information, the preferred and fastest tracking method is by your dealer sticker located on the front of your equipment. This sticker contains a number specific to your equipment. We can track you faster, and our dispatch system is set up based on those numbers, so please use that when it is convenient. These records also contain the address of where the equipment is located, this is why the generated form is shorter then the linked form.
( Hint: You can turn on and off any forms and still maintain your personal information. )

Setting My Preferences
Simply click on the 'edit' icon on the lower left portion of the white page and set your personal information along with your company information. Now we simply submit your data and it will be verified back to you and then all you need to do is submit this final data and it will be stored on your computer in a cookie. You will then be automatically returned to the site main menu with these new preferences.
( Hint: You can select any variation of any items from within My Preferences. )
( Hint: If you would like to remove your information, simply delete the cookie. )

Your Cookie
Your cookie is simply a string of data being stored as a text ( .txt ) document onto your computer. It's size is less then 1k and would require about 50 of them to equal the size of one small image or picture. Whenever you visit our website, this cookie is read and the site displays what you have requested it to display. You can select to delete this cookie from within 'My Preferences'. Simply select the default option to remove the cookie from that specific computer. This procedure is entirely safe and if you have any concerns or questions concerning it's operation, feel free to contact the webmaster for more assistance with it's capabilities.

Weather
This area is a complete weather system which allows you total access to all of the noaa weather satellites. It has complete capabilities from mailing you a personal weather forecast daily, to instant moving radar. It also contains a preconfigured image designed by the webmaster (Weather Console). Feel free to select from any of the image layout designs available for your area of interest.
( Hint: You can select the weather from any location and have it mailed to you daily. )

This area is an up to the minute top 5 news item selection. It contains the latest top 5 news stories available from AP Top Headlines.

Sports
This area is a complate across the board sports news area. You may select from the sports of your choice to display these news items.

Stock Snapshot
This area gives you a updated snapshot of the dow industrial average.

Stock Ticker
This area gives you a preview of the dow and the nasdaq chart and also allows you to enter a ticker name and get the results on a graph of that stock.

Today In History
This area is a standard 'what happened on this day in...' database. It will display pertinent historical facts on each day of the year.

Music
This area is a complete music playing system. you may select from either classical, country, or rock, or echos music play list. The music is presented in a midi format (file download times) but you may also select the My Internet Amp and give the system the name and path to your midi or mp3 file and it will play it for you whenever you visit the website.
