To submit a request for supplies, simply fill in the pertinent data on this page. The specific areas of concern are the equipment id and the model. They are both available on the front of your equipment. In the serial number or equipment id category; simply put your id number from our company logo sticker on the front of your machine. This is easier for the both of us to track your data, and it saves you having to record the whole serial number. You may, at your preference, have this data pre-configured for you so that all you have to do is put in the actual supply item. All you have to do is click on the small 'edit' icon located in the lower left corner of the white portion on the main menu. This allows you to input this data only once, then have it automatically fill in all these portions of the form at our website.
