They are both available on the front of your equipment. In the serial number or equipment id category; simply put your id number from our company logo sticker on the front of your machine. This is easier for the both of us to track your data, and it saves you having to record the whole serial number. It is helpfull to include as much information as possible so we can properly register your call in our priority dispatch department. It may also speed up your repair time by allowing us to possibly call you with a immediate fix of the problem. You may, at your preference, have this data pre-configured for you so that all you have to do is put in the actual problem. All you have to do is click on the small 'edit' icon located in the lower left corner of the white portion on the main menu. This allows you to input this data only once, then have it automatically fill in all these portions of the form at our website.
